Alex’s first day of summer camp today. He is signed up to go twice a week for a couple of hours where he gets to play with other kids his age. Dropping him of this morning went just as expected….lots of crying. We eventually managed to pry him off us so we could leave him there but he wasn’t happy about it.<\/p>\n

While he was at camp Jen and I went and worked out. That was the first time I worked out since I had to to all that shift work a couple of weeks back and I tell you I’m going to be sore tomorrow. I just have to set a goal out there of doing a race in the next couple of weeks so I have some motivation for getting up and going in the morning.<\/p>\n

When we went to pick Alex up from camp he looked like he was having fun but he told us \u201cAlex Mason sad at camp. I wanted Mommy and Daddy.\u201d Ugh…just what we needed to hear. We get to try it all again on Wednesday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
