I’ve finally got around to updating the web site with some new pictures. I tried to do it on Friday while Alex was sleeping but by the time I got around to do it he had already woken up. (I’m particularly proud of my baseball card of Doug but I’m sure if I keep this up he’s not going to let me get any more pictures of him, still or video.)

Alex got some more swimming in today. He is really coming along in the water. After watching Ryan swim on the weekend he has been all excited about 1-2-3-beep and then he jumps in. (They used the electronic beep for the start instead of a gun.) He told us today that he was swimming like Uncle Ryan.

After Alex did some swimming I managed to get some in too since I’ve been a little crazy and signed up for a Splash and Dash. Two mile lake swim and then a 10 km run. I’m going to be doing it on the 28th of this month so I don’t have that much time to mess around and get training. I’ll keep you posted on how the training goes and how the race turns out.

Tonight we are headed out to the watch the Frisco Roughriders baseball game. I got some free tickets through work and I think Alex is going to enjoy himself. The RoughRiders are a AA baseball farm team that play just a couple of minutes from here. Sure beats having to drive all the way out to Arlington to the ball park out there.
